Autumn, Week 1 - Opening Tracks

I have some questions about what we are allowed to select for week one's theme...
Are we allowed the first tracks from soundtracks?
Are we allowed the first tracks from compilations?
I think you already said we aren't allowed promo tracks or singles, which makes sense, as that's hardly an opening number for an album and bears little relation to the flow, tone or development of the rest of the songs.
Thought I would post these questions here (without a long professional introduction to the show or the themes, as G11sus4 - you'd be much better at that) as it is just quicker, I think, than trying to find out the answers and if I forget the answers (likely) I can just come back and look and no one need ever know that I forgot. Also, if I don't write THIS here, I might never make a post. Which seems like a waste of a good blog to me.
